Do response codes determine outbound stats?

When sending SMS via API, the response codes only reflect on whether our system accepted the message, not on the actual carrier delivery receipt.

For example, 0 for message accepted, or 511 for username/password incorrect.

The response code doesn't indicate delivery status at that time.

You can have delivery receipts forwarded to a URL, or you may request them via the API manually (check the reference for more info)
