My report says some messages weren't delivered, what does this mean?

If you've run a report and it says your messages aren't delivered, most of the time this is because the phone you were sending to was either off, out of range, or the mobile number itself was wrong.

It's also worth noting (particularly for messages with a "blank" status) that SMS Central will retry messages that failed for 12 hours. As such, it's best not to view your report details as final until after 12 hours since the last message of your campaign went out.
