Can I forward inbound messages or SMS replies to my company’s URL?

Yes!

All you need to do is a create a rule.

When setting up, select “receiving SMS”.

You can select to forward only SMS coming to Shared Numbers or a particular dedicated number of yours. If you want to forward inbound SMS regardless of the number they are being sent to, pick “Any Number”.

If you want to only receive messages containing certain keywords, you can type as many or as few as you please into the box shown below:

If you want to receive all inbound SMS, leave the box blank.

 

Go to the next step, and select “Forward to URL(s)”. Then, type in the URL you wish to forward to.

If your URL is a private one and requires an username and password to be able to access it, check “Need Authentication” and enter your credentials.

You can select as many URLs as you like by clicking “Add another URL” and repeating the above.

Click Save Rule and from then onwards all your selected messages will be forwarded to your URL(s)!
