Why do I have to contact support when making my second purchase?

SMS Central has strong restrictions in place to ensure our platform isn't used for illegal reasons such as fraud or spam.

To monitor new accounts we require all customers to contact us when making their second SMS purchase. Besides determining that your account is used for legitimate reasons, it's also a great chance for us to have quick chat and find out if there is anything we can help you with!

    It would have been a good idea to be told this at the very beginning don't you think instead of inconveniencing your paying customers?
