Can I receive replies to my SMS broadcasts/ SMS campaigns?

Yes!

If you create a campaign, when asked “What do you want to do?”, select “Both”.

By default, all your replies will be stored in your Inbox, but you can create some rules & triggers and have them redirected to any email address or URL you desire.
