What is required in a campaign to ensure I meet SPAM laws?

In a nutshell, the Australian SPAM Act states that in order for your messages to not be considered spam:

  • You must have consent to send messages
  • Messages must identify you as the sender 
  • Messages must contain a functional unsubscribe facility (especially for marketing campaigns).
