Campaign reports give you a snapshot of how your customers have responded to a particular campaign.
Campaign reports are automatically generated for you when you create a campaign. To access your campaign reports, click on the reports tab, then “Campaign Reports”
Here, you’ll see a list of all your campaigns. Click on the campaign you want to see the report for.
The campaign report will then load in all its glory.
For messages you've sent to your clients, your report will look something like this;
#1 – Campaign quick stats
This will show stats about your campaign “at a glance”. This includes messages sent, send rate, replies, unsubscribes and the number of automatic responses you’ve sent out (if any). This will update in real time.
#2 – SMS Message
The SMS message that was sent in this campaign is provided here for your reference.
#3 – Campaign Message log
A message log report is shown here for your reference. This will show all inbound and outbound messages as well as their status. For more detailed information (such as searching for a specific number) check out this article.
#4 – Email report
Click this button to have a full message log report for this campaign emailed to you.

#1 – Message summary
Here, you can see how many message you’ve received, along with how many unique senders responded.
#2 – Hour, day and week filters
Here, you can get a breakdown for your campaign based on time. The hour filter will show the first day of your campaign, broken down by hour. The day filter will show the first week of your campaign broken down by day. Finally, the week filter will show the first month of your campaign, broken down by week.

#4 – Campaign message log
A message log report is shown here for your reference. This will show all messages relating to the campaign.
